Goodbye 2020, Hello 2021

Looking back on all the golden moments of 2020. Last year I threw a Great Gatsby themed NYE party and captioned this first photo “It was the end of a decade, but the start of an age - Taylor Swift.” If we only knew then how fitting a roaring 20s party would be 😂✨🎉 I had a pretty great start to the year with my birthday and traveling, but to be quite honest I didn’t mind quarantine too much. Of course I missed going out with friends and seeing family far away, but, it was a lot of really nice quality time with those close around me. I had time to do so many thing I wanted. My 2020 New Years resolution was to fill a scrap book with memories from each month throughout the year. I finally got a chance to put it together and I think that is the first New Years resolution I have ever actually completed. I also did some painting, learned to play chess, started reading the Harry Potter series for the first time, and of course started my blog. I’ll have remembered 2020 for baking banana bread, making whipped coffee, peanut butter m&m’s, tiger king, Love is blind, Outerbanks, 90 day fiancé, tie dye, gamepigeon beer pong, zoom meetings, drive-by birthday celebrations, watching a different scary movie every night with my mom, and waiting an hour in the chick fil-A drive through (but it’s ok because there’s nothing else to do.)💁🏼‍♀️ It was definitely a year to remember. Best wishes for everyone in 2021 and thanks for along with me✨🥂 Happy New YearsHere are some of my fav 2020 moments ✨
